IBPS AND SBI interview questions-part-1

If you are not attending  BANK(INDIA) interviews,

you need not

read this. Then, SKIP and Go to part -17 of how to

face interview-behavioral interview which is below.

Hi Future Bankers,
Best wishes to you all.
Passed IBPS? Attending interviews?
Are you feeling tense? Fear? ...Don't worry. Stop wasting time on worry and fear.
On the other hand start practicing
Remember if we are afraid, we might not have learnt cycling or swimming or driving.Do you know that you fell several times when you started walking. But  you stood up then and never left trying walking.
Sheer practice and devotion in what ever we do will bloom and give fruits.
Here are real questions asked in Coimbatore  and Chennai interviews of different banks.
"What can i do?" I can understand that this question. GO THRU THE QUESTIONS. THEN, ANALYSE AND CHOOSE QUESTIONS RELATED TO YOU PERSONALLY AND SUBJECTWISE.
Form your own groups. Practice in groups and answer relevant questions. Engineering graduates need not go into MBA subject related questions. B.com candidates avoid CONFUSING WITH engineering related  questions. Sit and interview each other. Listen THE REPLIES FROM OTHERS carefully. Form your own language and style when reacting to questions. Let it be simple, clear and correct.
What is CRR? Let us analyze three types of answers below.
"Cash reserve ratio, Sir"
"Cash reserve ratio of banks with RBI. It is 4%"
"Sir,this is like my emergency money which i always keep separately. It is for unexpected expenses. In the same manner Banks have to keep certain percent of their deposits in cash with RBI"

Which one is different and explains the concept and reveals the data? Which one makes the interviewers interested in you?
No doubt ....the third one is an interesting and attractive reply!

So think in simple terms and differently; talk clearly. Make  your tone confident.

Remember "Don't answer in one word or few words. Make sentences logically like a beautiful garland made of flowers."

When you go to interview, wear decent dress. Ask your well wishers whether your dress add value to appearance.
Say appropriately "Good morning" (up to 12.00 noon) or good-afternoon (up to 3.00PM) or good evening"

Sit comfortably but with due respect. You will be given local anesthesia by your own  brain. As a result  within first few minutes you tend to forget your fear. Then, everything will go on well.
Come out saying "thanks" to all members.
Wish you all success!!
